    We recommend that you follow the provided YouTube link, which contains detailed instructions for re-engaging your current outside operator. By following these instructions, you should be able to resolve the issue without requiring a replacement operator.

    After re-engaging the magnet, please cycle the blind unit up and down about ten times, which should level out the blind. 



Software Training

  • Dataview Content Search

    This tool helps you find and filter past orders by customer name, style, or specs.

    1. Get into Dataview
    2. In the top left corner click on the "Action" button
    3. Click on "Document Content Search"
    4. When the next screen opens choose "Sales Order" for the drawer and type the text you want to search for in the text field
    5. In the text field treat it like an email search. You can put in multiple different words separate by a semicolon. For example: frosted; Celina
    6. The results will show every order that contains those words.

  • Adding Remarks to Orders

    Please try to follow suit when adding remarks to production lines to ensure that the shop sees the remark and knows which door it goes to.  Please watch the attached screen recording that goes through how to do this. 

    • Click on the line that you want to add the remark to
    • Click on the “Add” button
    • Click on the “Rem” button
    • Type your remark then click “Okay”
    • This will put your remark as a subline to that door unit, not a separate line.  This helps ensure that a line cannot get inserted between the door and the remark.

New Office Spaces Upstairs

Big things are happening! We’re adding 4 new office spaces upstairs, giving us all a fresh, comfy spot to get things done.


The plan is to have 4 of the Moeller Brothers upstairs, Ben, Pat, Nick and Frank.
