What you'll need:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
  • Photos of the issue
  • Product details (brand, type, size, etc.)
  • Installation date (if known)



Incomplete submissions may delay processing.

Warranty Eligibility

  • Applies to products purchased through Moeller Door & Window
  • Must be within the manufacturer's warranty period
  • Covers defects in materials or workmanship

Does NOT cover:

  • Improper installation not performed by a MDW technician
  • Damage from misuse, weather, or lack of maintenance


The product manufacturer determines final warranty coverage and claim approval.

How it works

    Complete our online warranty form with as much detail as possible.

    You’ll be asked to provide:

    • Product information (type, brand, size, etc.)
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the product and problem area

    👉 Tip: The more complete your submission, the faster we can review your claim.

  • 2. Our team reviews your information

    Once your claim is submitted, our warranty team will:

    • Verify your purchase and product details
    • Review the issue against manufacturer warranty guidelines
    • Determine if additional information is needed

    You’ll receive confirmation that your claim has been received.


    ⏱ Initial response typically within 3–5 business days

  • 3. We may contact you for additional details

    In some cases, we may need more information to move forward. This could include:

    • Additional photos or videos
    • Clarification on installation or product use
    • Job site inspection (if necessary)
    • Coordination with the manufacturer

    Our goal is to make sure your claim is evaluated accurately the first time.

  • 4. Resolution & Next Steps

    After review, we’ll provide a clear path forward. Depending on the situation, this may include:


    • Repair recommendations
    • Replacement parts or product
    • Manufacturer claim submission
    • Guidance on next steps if the issue is not covered
